AVOID Monroe St from Royal to Short St from 4/17/15, 5pm til 4/18/15, 5pm & Royal from Shelby to South St, 4/18/15, 8:30 am-12:30pm. 
Scott Chandler, City Engineer, has approved the temporary road closure of all lanes of Monroe Street from Royal Street to Short Street, beginning Friday, April 17,2015, at 5:00 p.m. through 5:00 p.m.on Saturday, April 18, 2015.
Also, all lanes of Royal Street, approximately 1 block, from Shelby Street to South Street will be temporarily closed on Saturday, April 18, 2015, from 8:30 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. Both road closures are for street preparations for the street dedication on 4/18/15.
