AVOID E Chester, all lanes at intersections of Holland, Rhea & Altamont, from 4/14 - 4/16/15, 6 pm - 7:30 am each day for concrete work. 
The City of Jackson, with approval from the Engineering Department & TDOT, will temporarily close All-lanes of the intersections listed below on E. Chester Street from 4/14/15 - 4/17/15:
*On Tuesday, April 14, 2015: E. Chester Street at Holland Avenue, approximately 100 feet, from 6:00 p.m. 4/14/15, until 7:30 a.m., 4/15/15.
*On Wednesday, April 15, 2015: E. Chester Street at Rhea Street, approximately 100 feet, from 6:00 p.m. 4/15/15, until 7:30 a.m., 4/16/15.
*On Thursday, April 16, 2015: E. Chester Street at Altamont Drive, approximately 100 feet, from 6:00 p.m. 4/16/15, until 7:30 a.m., 4/17/15.
The road closure is for contractor to pour concrete in the intersections. Detours will be in place and all property owners will have access in & out of their properties.
