the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Unit along with members of the ICAC Task Force arrested an Oklahoma City man today after serving a search warrant at his home for computer-related items. Last month, an undercover OSBI agent logged onto a known child pornography website where David Erwin shared pornographic images of children with the agent. This afternoon, OSBI agents, an agent with U.S. Homeland Security, and officers with the Oklahoma City Police Department served the warrant at 9004 Candlewood Drive and arrested Erwin (d.o.b. 2-6-1958) for one count of possession of child pornography, one count distribution of child pornography, and one count violation of the Oklahoma Computer Crimes Act. Agents booked Erwin into the Oklahoma County Jail. More felony counts are possible as computer-related items seized inside Erwin's home will be examined by an OSBI computer crimes investigator.
