Motorized Vehicles Prohibited on The Strand and Walk Streets 
In the interest of safety, and in accordance with Hermosa Beach Municipal Code Section 12.20.020, the Hermosa Beach Police Department would like to remind the community that motorized vehicles of any kind are prohibited on the Strand and walk streets. This includes motorized, whether gas or electrically powered, bicycles, scooters, and skateboards.
In order to maintain a safe environment for our residents and the many visitors in our community, officers will be increasing enforcement efforts and violators could be cited. Citizens are also encouraged to report any observed violations by calling the non-emergency dispatch line at 310-524-2750.
