Suspect wanted for indecent exposure 
“On April 3, 2015, during afternoon hours, a male suspect exposed himself to two teenage females in the area of Halison Street and Ingrum Way. The suspect is described as a Hispanic male, in his 30s, with short black hair. The suspect was seen driving a 4-door silver sedan. Anyone with information regarding this incident is asked to contact the Torrance Police Department’s Detective Division at 310-618-5570.”
