RPD looking for red utility type pickup truck with ladder rack and 2 tool boxes & yellow light bar-responsible for todays power outage. 
The PD is looking for a red utility type pickup truck with a ladder rack and a tool box on each side in the rear and a yellow light bar. Truck had cut wood in the rear and may have white lettering on the sides.
Two males fled the area of Portland Avenue-Oak Street at a high rate of speed after cutting a tree down which then landed on power lines causing a significant power outage to Rollinsford, Dover, and Somersworth.
