On 4-3-15, Rutherford County Sheriff's Deputy Tyler Greene assisted by Deputy Mark McCracken conducted a traffic stop of a vehicle on 221-South near Leach Road.
The driver of the vehicle, Joseph Harvey Smith, was charged by citation for Driving with No Operator License and released.
A passenger in the vehicle, Shawna Lynn Humphries, 44, who gave an address 970 Bethany Church Road was in possession of drug paraphernalia.
Upon further investigation, deputies located approximately 16.8 grams of methamphetamine, 15.9 grams of marijuana and several Schedule IV pills.
Ms Humphries was arrested and charged with (1) count PWISD Methamphetamine, (1) count Possession of Methamphetamine, (1) count Possession of Schedule IV, (1) count PWIMSD Schedule VI, (2) counts Posses Drug Paraphernalia and (1) count Possession Schedule IV.
Humphries bond was set at $13,000.00 secured.
