The Menlo Park Police Department and San Mateo County Transit Police Department have the following Railroad crossings closed due to malfunctioning gates, which are stuck in the down position. Officers are on scene rerouting traffic.

Motorists should detour to Watkins Ave & Railroad Tracks in Atherton or Palo Alto Ave & Railroad Tracks in Palo Alto.
Caltrans is working on repairing the problem. The ETA for a fix is unknown at this time.
