20 year old San Luis Obispo resident Philippe Estines has been arrested for Possession and Distribution of Child Pornography.

On April 1, 2015 San Luis Obispo Police Detectives served a search warrant at a residence in the 2800 block of Johnson Ave. The warrant authorized the search for evidence of child pornography. During the search Detectives discovered several images and videos of children under the age of 18 engaged in various stages of sexual conduct. These were found on the computer and other electronic devices belonging to Philippe Estines.
Further investigation revealed Estines was also involved in sharing and distributing some of the child pornography with other users on the internet. Estines was home at the time of the search warrant and was placed under arrest for Possession and Distribution of Child Pornography. He was later booked into the San Luis Obispo County Jail with bail set at $35,000.
