Running Horse Rd. between Higgins and Williamsburg Terrace will be closed today from 10 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. for road work. Traffic will be detoured via Higgins, Prairie View and Williamsburg Terrace. Running Horse Terrace will closed completely at Running Horse Rd. but businesses will be accessible from Prairie View. Please contact Public Works at 816-858-4815 for questions or concerns.
