INCIDENT: PC 245(a)(1) - Assault with a Deadly Weapon

LOCATION: Confidential, San Bernardino CA 92407

SUSPECT(S): Frank Ontiveros Palmer, 42yoa of San Bernardino

VICTIM(S): Victim- Confidential Person


SUMMARY:
On Friday, March 27, 2015, the victim reported she had been assaulted by a family member, identified as Frank Ontiveros Palmer. During an argument between Palmer and the victim, Palmer became physically violent and began slamming the victim against walls inside of the residence. Palmer then began choking the victim from behind, preventing the victim from breathing, while he continued slamming the victim's face and head into the walls of the home. The victim suffered injury to her head and upper torso as a result of the attack. Palmer fled the location prior to deputy's arrival. Frank Palmer has not been located and remains outstanding.

Palmer is currently on Felony Probation. The San Bernardino County Probation Department was contacted and has placed a Penal Code Section 3455 hold on Palmer for Violation of his Probation. Palmer is wanted for Penal Code Section 245(a)(1) - Assault with a Deadly Weapon.
