Green Bay Police request motorists avoid Main St. between Baird and Irwin, and Baird St between Walnut and Main. 
Green Bay Police advise motorists to expect traffic congestion on Main Street between N Baird St and N Irwin Ave, and on N Baird St between E Walnut and Main St. This is due a power outage in the area, that is currently being addressed by WPS. Power is expected to return for traffic signals in the area, and a portion of affected residences, within the next few hours. Repairs bringing complete power back to residences may take more than 8 hours. According to the WPS website, approximately 2500 WPS customers have reportedly been affected.
