Notice of Public Hearing and City Planning Commission Meeting

1)     A public meeting/open house to present information on proposed rezoning and revision to Chapter 88 (Zoning &Development Code) in conjunction with the Greater Downtown Area Plan will be held :

2)     A public hearing to consider these cases has been scheduled before the City Plan Commission on

Tuesday, April 7, 2015, 9:00 a.m.

City Council Chambers, 26^th fl. City Hall,414 East 12^th Street,

The City Plan Commission docket provides docket times for the convenience of the applicant and the community.  These times only indicate the cases will not be heard prior to the stated time.  It does not guarantee the case will be heard at the stated time.  Please be aware the docket often runs later than the stated time.

You may want to contact the staff planner the Friday or Monday prior to the public hearing to determine if there are any known requests that the cases be continued to another date.  The staff planner assigned to this case is Patricia Noll, (816) 513-8826.

A summary report prepared by the staff will be posted on the bulletin board outside the Council Chamber (26^th Floor) on the day of the hearing.  Additional information including any plans, drawings and reports submitted by the applicant are available for inspection before the day of the hearing in the office of the Department of City Development (816) 513-8801.
