On March 26, 2015 the US Marshal’s with the assistance of the Clayton County Sheriff’s Office Fugitive Unit apprehended David Lyle in College Park, Georgia at The Three Palms Hotel. Lyle was wanted by the Clayton County Sheriff’s Office for Aggravated Assault and Battery Family Violence. These charges stem from an incident that occurred February 28, 2015 in Morrow, Ga.
Also apprehended with Lyle were Raymond Brush wanted out of Clayton County Sheriff’s Office for Trafficking-Amphetamine, Reckless Driving and Fleeing from Police; and Lashane Harris wanted out of Clayton County Sheriff’s Office for Violation of Probation with Original Charges of Theft by Shoplifting, Theft by Deception and Criminal Trespass.
