On 03/25/2015 at 2:56 P.M., the Burlington Police Department responded to the Peoples United Bank for a hold up alarm. Upon arrival Officers learned that a white male, approximately 6’0” tall, with a medium build, wearing a dark jacket, hooded sweatshirt, baseball cap, sunglasses and light colored pants had just robbed the establishment. The male reportedly handed the teller a note demanding money. The teller complied and provided the male with an undisclosed amount of money prior to his departure. The male then left the premises and is believed to have walked a short distance southbound before entering an older model green sedan, possibly an early 2000’s Toyota Camry, with a loud exhaust and proceeded southbound.
