Narrative:
The Ojai Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying a grand theft suspect. On 3/22/15, an unknown suspect took the victim’s bicycle (valued at $3,200) from a bicycle rack that was mounted to his vehicle. The vehicle was parked in the parking lot of the Ojai Athletic Club located 409 Fox St, Ojai, CA. The bicycle is described as follows:
The bicycle is all glossy black "Niner", "Air 9", carbon fiber, hard tail mountain bike with white lettering, front shocks, 1x11 gearing, 29 inch wheels with "Stan’s Wheels" and "Racing Ralphs" tires (no serial number).
Please view the attached surveillance video and photographs of the suspect. In this video, the suspect is seen just prior to the theft riding his skateboard through the parking lot.
