Lt. James Hoppes receives Officer of the Year award from Region C Committee 
Please join Forest City Police Department in congratulating Lt. James Hoppes on his selection of Officer of the Year. Recognition is due to his dedicated service to the community in addition to his 20+ years of service. He is a recent graduate of Class #26 at the NCJA Management Development Program and is currently enrolled in the Leadership Rutherford Program.
Capt. Donnie Hensley presented the award to Lt. Hoppes. Lt. Hoppes was accompanied by his wife, Crystal, and their three children, Jesse, Amber and Reece.
The Region C Criminal Justice Advisory Committee is comprised of law enforcement professionals from Rutherford, Polk, Cleveland and McDowell Counties.
