Hector Gutierrez of Bloomington Arrested for Unlawful Sex with a Minor

SUSPECT(S): Hector Gutierrez, 22 years of age, resident of Bloomington.

SUMMARY: On March 22, 2015, Deputy M. Hernandez from the Fontana Station received a report of a 15 year old runaway juvenile hiding in a home with her 22 year old boyfriend in Bloomington. Deputy Hernandez located the juvenile inside the residence with Hector Gutierrez. During the investigation, Deputy Hernandez developed probable cause to arrest Gutierrez for unlawful sex with a minor and other crimes.
