#007 Warrant Arrest
Officer Gourley conducted a warrant service at Motel 6 north and arrested a 24 year old adult male for his outstanding warrant.
 
#013 Residential Burglary Arrests
Officers were dispatched to a suspicious vehicle described as a silver convertible mustang in the area of Marigold Dr and Plymouth Ave.  The reporting party saw a male inside the vehicle and another male approaching a neighbor’s residence.  Sgt. Miller arrived on scene and contacted the male in the vehicle.  A perimeter was quickly set up with air support and Mission San Jose High, Hopkins Junior High, and Chadbourne Elementary were all temporarily locked down.  During the initial contact, the victim contacted officers on scene and stated her residence had just been burglarized.  Sgt. Crandall led a team to the victim’s residence to clear it.  While the victim’s residence was being cleared, detectives were rolling through the area, spotted the second suspect and contacted him.  A 25 year old adult male and a 19 year old adult male were both arrested for burglary
 
#021 and #019 Warrant Services
Officer Gourley contacted a male and female while conducting a security check at Motel 6. The male was found to have a $15K warrant for driving under the influence and the female  had a $1500 warrant for possession of drug paraphernalia. Both were arrested and transported to jail.
 
#031 Warrant Service
An adult male who resides near the 3800 block of Great Salt Lake Ct. called police because his girlfriend took his car without permission. Officers met with the male and found that he had a no bail warrant. He was subsequently arrested and transported to Santa Rita.
 
#037 Battery and Resisting Arrest
At approximately 10:45 p.m., officers responded to the area of Fremont Blvd and Beloveria Ct for a fight in progress.  A subject was said to have been beating up another male.  Officer T. Roberts and FTO Hunt arrived on scene and contacted a 39 year old adult male matching the description of the battery suspect.  The male displayed symptoms of being intoxicated and resisted arrest upon initial contact.  The male was arrested.  He was cleared at a local hospital for injuries sustained in his fight, but due to his intoxication levels he was unable to be released.  The male was released on a citation.
 
#002 Resisting Arrest
At approximately 11:46 p.m., officers responded to Motel 6 north for an unwanted guest call.  The female caller wanted an intoxicated subject to leave her room.  The intoxicated subject, a 35 year old adult male, appeared passed out on the motel bed, but he resisted officers upon initial contact.  He was taken into custody. Further investigation revealed that the male had a vehicle associated to him in the motel parking lot.  The vehicle’s registration was expired as of November of 2013.  A semi-automatic handgun was seen by officers in plain view on the driver’s floor board.  The loaded handgun was retrieved and the vehicle was towed.  The male was prohibited from possessing firearms due to a prior gun conviction.  He  was  arrested for resisting and numerous gun charges.

#008 Possession of Marijuana
Officer Catassi and Officer Baca made a vehicle stop at Canyon Heights Dr and Clarke Dr and cited a 29 year old adult female for possessing less than one ounce of marijuana.
 
#015 Possession of a Controlled Substance Arrest
Officer Robinson and Officer Sasser made a vehicle stop at Thornton Ave near the on-ramp to interstate 880 and contacted a 23 year old adult male.  The male was searched per his probation status and arrested for various drug-related charges. 
 
#033 Reckless Driving
Sergeant Tarango initiated a vehicle stop at Stevenson and Boyce, after witnessing a vehicle driving recklessly (speeding/doing donuts in the intersection).  The driver was cited and released at the scene.
 
#035 Warrant Service
Officer Stillitano conducted a vehicle stop at Niles and Nursery where he contacted an adult male.  The male was found to have a traffic warrant for failure to appear.
 
#031 Outside Assist for Animal Services
A citizen on the 4200 block of Ogden called to report that they had gone for a walk and their dog was chewing on something that appeared to be a bat. Officers responded and took custody of a possible bat (too chewed up to determine if it was). The possible bat was collected per protocol and follow up will be conducted by Animal Services.
 
#034 DUI Arrest
Officer David Han and Officer Jason Valdes responded to a person slumped over the wheel of a vehicle on Central Ave near Fremont Blvd.  The adult male was found to have been drunk behind the wheel of a vehicle.
 
#041 DUI Arrest
At approximately 10:20 p.m., Officer Luevano conducted a traffic stop at Thornton Ave and San Pedro Drive.  The 46 year old adult male driver, failed to yield for several blocks before coming to a stop at Pizzaro Dr and San Pedro Drive.  Gonzalez was arrested for DUI and transported to Santa Rita.

#009 Warrant Arrest
Officer Sanders cited a 33 year old adult male at Motel 6 south for a warrant.
 
#019 Warrant Arrest
Officer O’Neal arrested a 49 year old adult male on the 46100 block of Warm Springs for a warrant.
 
#021 Under the Influence Arrest
Officer Bordy arrested a 34 tear old adult male near Grimmer Blvd and Blacow Rd. for being under the influence.
 
#023, 024, and 025 Commercial Burglaries
Officers took three commercial burglary reports from the Warm Springs Public Storage.
 
#029 Warrant Service
Officer Haugh conducted a pedestrian stop at Sundale Dr. and Verne St. and arrested and adult male for a $10k drug warrant. 
 
#036 Driving w/a Suspended License 
Officer Richards conducted a vehicle stop at Paseo Padre Pkwy and Milton. The adult male driver had a suspended license.
 
#038 Driving w/o License
Officer Foster conducted a vehicle stop at Thornton and Post and found that the male driver was driving without a license.
 
#033 Ramey and Search Warrant Service
Officer Ramsey authored a search warrant and Ramey warrant as a follow up to a grand theft investigation where a male suspect had stolen big screen TV’s from Target. Ramsey took a team of officers to San Jose where they served a search warrant and arrested the adult male suspect. During the search of the residence some of the stolen items were recovered.
