03/12/15 WTPD arrested Laura Rodriguez, age 32, of Washington NJ, for a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. On 03/12/15 at approximately 11:54 PM, patrol observed Ms. Rodriguez, walking in traffic on W. Washington Ave (Rte. 57 W) in Washington Borough. The officer charged Ms. Rodriguez with a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. She was processed and released with a court date.

03/13/15 WTPD arrested Laura Rodriguez, age 32, of Washington NJ, for shoplifting and disorderly conduct. On 03/13/15 at approximately 1:49 AM, patrol was dispatched to Philburt’s Pub on W. Washington Ave in Washington Borough for a reported shoplifting. Upon the officer’s arrival an investigation was conducted that resulted in Ms. Rodriguez being charged with shoplifting and disorderly conduct. Ms. Rodriguez was processed and released with a court date.

03/13/15 WTPD arrested Lawrence Walker, age 25, Patrick Jacobson, age 22, Philip Jacobson, age 28, of Washington NJ and Aidan Sander, age 25, of Oxford NJ. On 03/13/15 at approximately 2:02 AM, patrol observed the above subjects on Belvidere Ave and E. Stewart St. in Washington Borough and stopped them in reference to a shoplifting complaint. The officer’s investigation revealed that all the subjects were consuming alcoholic beverages in public. Mr. Walker was found to have an outstanding $300.00 warrant out of Mansfield Township and began to act disorderly. Mr. Walker was issued a summons for disorderly conduct and released to the Mansfield Township PD. The other three subjects, Mr. Jacobson, Mr. Sander and Mr. Jacobson, were all issued a local ordinance summons of maintaining a nuisance. They were processed and released with a court date.

03/13/15 WTPD arrested Dakota Dunning, age 27, of Greentown Pa, for a $593.00 outstanding warrant out of Oxford Township. Mr. Dunning was processed and released with a court date.

03/13/15 WTPD arrested David Fisk, age 24, of Washington NJ, for a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. On 03/13/15 at approximately 1:24 AM, patrol was dispatched to the 90 block of Youmans Ave in Washington Borough for a noise complaint. Upon the officer’s arrival, an investigation was conducted which resulted in Mr. Fisk being charged with a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. He was processed and released with a court date.

03/13/15 WTPD arrested Lee Stocker, age 45, of Port Murray NJ, for two (2) counts of shoplifting. On 03/13/15 at approximately 12:40 PM, patrol was dispatched to a reported shoplifting at Mountain Valley Liquors on Clubhouse Dr. in Washington Township. Upon the officer’s arrival, the Mr. Stocker was located at the Shop-Rite on Clubhouse Dr. and found to be in possession of additional stolen merchandise from the Shop-Rite. Mr. Stocker was processed and released with a court date.

03/13/15 WTPD arrested Cashmere Holmes, age 21, and Troy Richline, age 21, both of Washington NJ, for endangering the welfare of a child. On 03/13/15 at approximately 4:40 PM, officers arrested both Holmes and Richline in the 100 block of Belvidere Ave in Washington Borough for the distribution of synthetic marijuana to a minor. Both Holmes and Richline were processed and lodged in the WC Jail in lieu of $5000.00 bail.

03/14/15 WTPD arrested Jessica Cunningham, age 27, of Phillipsburg NJ, for an outstanding warrant out of Oxford Township. Ms. Cunningham was processed and released with a court date.

03/15/15 WTPD arrested Matthew Voyski, age 19, of Washington NJ, for possession of CDS (Heroin) and possession of drug paraphernalia. On 03/15/15 at approximately 2:48 AM, patrol was dispatched to a report of unwanted persons at a residence in the 10 block of E. Washington Ave in Washington Borough. Upon the officer’s arrival in the area he located he parties exiting the residence. The officer’s investigation resulted in one of the parties, Mr. Voyski’s arrest for possession of CDS (heroin) and possession of drug paraphernalia. Mr. Voyski was processed and lodged in the WC Jail in lieu of $7500.00 bail.

03/15/15 WTPD arrested Ryan Cabrera, age 20, of Washington NJ, for a $195.00 outstanding warrant out of NJSP. Mr. Cabrera was processed and released with a court date.

03/16/15 WTPD arrested Jennifer Rios, age 35, of Bangor Pa, for an $81.00 outstanding warrant out of Washington Borough. Ms. Rios was processed and released with a court date.

03/17/15 WTPD arrested Roddie Baily Jr., age 31, of Washington NJ, for outstanding warrants totaling $2933.00 out of Washington Borough. Mr. Baily was processed and lodged in the WC Jail in lieu of bail.

03/18/15 WTPD arrested Joseph Reiner, age 48, of Oxford NJ, for being a fugitive from justice wanted out of Warren County Prosecutor’s Office. On 03/18/15 at approximately 9:10 AM, patrol responded to the Oxford Heritage Manor to locate a person who wanted on an outstanding warrant out of Oxford Township. At that time, the officer made contact with Mr. Reiner was not the person they were intending to locate but was a wanted person out of the County Prosecutor’s Officer. Mr. Reiner was taken into custody without incident. He was processed and lodged in the WC Jail.

03/18/15 WTPD arrested Laura Rodriguez, age 32, of Washington NJ, for a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. On 03/18/15 at approximately 1:42 AM, patrol encountered an intoxicated female who was causing a disturbance and walking in traffic on W. Washington Ave (Rte. 57 W) in Washington Borough. Ms. Rodriguez was charged with a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. She was processed and released with a court date.

03/18/15 WTPD arrested Christopher Baer, age 25, of Columbia NJ and Mahavirku Mehta, age 33, of Washington NJ. On 03/18/15 at approximately 1:30 PM, WTPD executed a Search Warrant with the Warren County Prosecutor’s Office and the NJ Department of Treasury and Taxation at the SLN News in the first block of W. Washington Ave (Rte. 57 W) in Washington Borough. The investigation resulted in Mr. Baer being charged with possession of CDS synthetic marijuana. Mr. Mehta was charged with selling of contraband cigarettes to an undercover officer, failure to maintain records of cigarette tax and failure to purchase cigarettes from a licensed dealer. Both subjects were issued summonses and released with courts dates.

03/19/15 WTPD arrested Charles Pickett, age 24, Gerard Pickett, age 25, Jason Magyar, age 28, Daniel Pederson, age 28 and Rebekah Cordell, age 23, all of Washington NJ. On 03/19/15 at approximately 9:15 PM, patrol was dispatched to the 10 block of Flower Ave in Washington Borough for a noise complaint. The officer’s investigation resulted in all of the subjects being charged with a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. They were processed and released with a court date.

03/20/15 WTPD arrested Justin Sokoloski, age 30, of Phillipsburg NJ, for a $407.00 outstanding warrant out of Washington Township. Mr. Sokoloski was processed and released with a court date.

03/20/15 WTPD arrested Joseph Russo, age 43, of Hampton NJ, for outstanding warrants totaling $1100.00 out of Washington Borough and Washington Township. 03/20/15 at approximately 6:26 PM, patrol conducted a motor vehicle stop on W. Washington Ave (Rte. 57 W) in Washington Borough for an unclear license plate. The officer’s investigation resulted in Mr. Russo’s arrest for the outstanding warrants. Mr. Russo was processed and issued motor vehicle summonses for an unclear license plate and driving on a suspended license. He was released after posting bail.

03/20/15 WTPD arrested Charles Pickett, age 24 and Jason Magyar, age 28, both of Washington NJ. On 03/20/15 at approximately 7:09 PM, patrol was dispatched to the 10 block of Flower Ave in Washington Borough for a noise complaint. The responding officer’s investigation resulted in both subjects being charged with a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. They were processed and released with a court date.

03/20/15 WTPD arrested Charles Pickett, age 24 of Washington NJ for harassment and disorderly conduct. On 03/20/15 at approximately 8:03PM, patrol was dispatched to the 10 block of Flower Ave for a neighbor dispute. The officer’s investigation resulted in Mr. Pickett being charged with harassment and disorderly conduct. He was processed and lodged in the WC Jail in lieu of $1500.00 bail.

03/21/15 WTPD arrested Heather Flanders, age 29, of Belvidere NJ, for outstanding warrants and a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. On 03/21/15 at approximately 2:17 AM, patrol was dispatched to the Quick Chek on Rte. 57 W. in Washington Township for a disorderly customer. Upon the officer’s arrival, an investigation was conducted which resulted in Ms. Flanders being charged with a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. Ms. Flanders was also found to have an outstanding $355.00 warrant out of Washington Borough. She was processed and released with a court date.

03/22/15 WTPD arrested Carli Klocinski, age 27, of Hackettstown NJ, for being an NCIC wanted person out of Warren County and Morris County Superior Court’s and an outstanding $1500.00 warrant out of Mt. Olive Township. On 03/22/15 at approximately 12:01 AM, patrol conducted a motor vehicle stop on Belvidere Ave in Washington Borough. The motor vehicles stop lead to the arrest of the passenger, Ms. Klocinski, for the outstanding warrants. Ms. Klocinski was processed and released to the Warren County Sheriff’s Department.
03/22/15 WTPD arrested Audra Hockman, age 46, of Washington NJ, for outstanding warrants totaling $2098.00 out of Washington Borough. Ms. Hockman was processed and released after posting bail.
03/22/15 WTPD arrested Brandon Cirkus, age 24, of Eatontown NJ and Victoria Hiric, age 20, of Washington NJ both for receiving stolen property. On 03/22/15 at approximately 3:10 PM, patrol was flagged down by a passing motorist that had witness a pair steal N.J.DOT traffic light from a downed pole on Rte. 31 and Van Syckels Rd. in Lebanon Township. The pair were stopped and found to be in possession of the stolen traffic light. They were processed and released with a court date.
