All Overnight Parking suspended due to the snowstorm.

The North Caldwell Police Department would like to remind residents that Over Night Parking permissions will not be granted beginning tonight (March 20th) due to the snow storm and to facilitate snow removal. Vehicles must be removed from Borough roadways. If you are not able to park in a driveway please park in the Pool Parking Lot adjacent to Borough Hall. Those in violation are subject to a motor vehicle summons, and/or removal by tow.

Residents with sidewalks and walkways are reminded that snow and ice must be cleared within 24 hours after the last snow fall. 

The North Caldwell Fire Department requests that homeowners (or their contractors) clear snow from fire hydrants, exhaust vents, and outside generators.  In the event of a power outage, do not use portable generators inside residences or garages.  Avoid using candles.  Make sure flashlights are in working order and you have extra batteries on hand. Residents are reminded to give special attention to young children, elderly, and pets during harsh weather conditions.
