UPDATE/CANCEL last message on Canyon Drive, traffic is backed up to Parker but roadway is being opened up. 
On-scene APD supervisors report that the northbound lanes of Canyon will now be open. Traffic is currently backed up to Parker, and may take a short time to return to normal, but is no longer being diverted off at Washington.
