On 3-18-15 at 9:12pm, APD officers were sent to the Family Dollar at 433 S Western on a robbery that just occurred. Upon arrival officers learned that a B/M entered the store armed with a pistol. He located an employee inside the store, pointed the pistol at her and demanded her to open up the registers. The employee complied and the suspect took undisclosed amount of money from the cash registers. The suspect is described as being 5’10, 160lbs, wearing a grey hoodie with a pink bandana covering his face. There were no reported injuries.
