REMINDER: Tornado Siren Test today at 10:15am and again at 7:35pm. Practice your emergency plan for severe weather.

Just a reminder that of the Tornado Siren/Drill test will take place today at 10:15am and again at 7:35pm tonight.
The drill will be initiated by a “TEST” Tornado Warning issued by the National Weather Service offices in Indiana, triggering programmed electronic devices.
Outdoor warning sirens controlled by the Marshall County Sheriff's department or other jurisdictions may be activated today as part of the test. When activated for severe weather, the sirens will emit a "constant" tone for up to 3 minutes.
Every family, every school, and every business should take time now to review or create an emergency plan for how they will respond when severe weather occurs. Having a plan and practicing a plan significantly increases your chances of surviving.
We also encourage families to develop a disaster preparedness kit and family emergency communications plan.
REMEMBER: Disaster Preparedness Is Everyone's Responsibility
