Abbett Ave closed btwn Ridgedale & Jardine due to downed power lines. JCP&L en route. Plan alt. route. 
Morristown Police advise that Abbett Avenue is closed to through traffic between Ridgedale Avenue and Jardine Road. This is due to downed power lines in the roadway. JCP&L have been notified and are en-route but there is no estimate as to the amount of time needed to rectify this situation.
Motorists should plan alternate routes if possible and expect delays in the area.
