WHERE: 214 Madonna (Best Western Motel)

On March 14, 2015 at approximately 11:45 AM suspect Sigala entered the Best Western Motel and confronted employees in the lobby with a knife. He took a master key from one of the employees and entered an unoccupied room and smashed a sliding glass door. He continued through the Motel and was confronted by an officer at gunpoint toward the rear parking lot. Sigala was ordered to drop the knife and get on the ground. He complied with these orders and was taken into custody. He had a minor injury to a finger from the broken sliding glass door that was treated at the hospital. He was booked into county jail for Robbery, vandalism, Assault with a deadly weapon, and drug possession. Bail was set at $60,000.
