Traffic Signals will be out at Catalina Ave. and Carnelian St. on Sunday, March 15 from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM 
Southern California Edison will be conducting a "planned outage" for maintenance work on Sunday, March 15, 2015. During the outage, traffic signals will not be operational at the intersection of Catalina Avenue and Carnelian Street from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
*Stop signs will be in place at the affected intersection during the power shutdown.
