UPDATE: On March 13, 2015 Garland County Sheriff's Department Investigators recovered the Red Dune Buggy and arrested John B. Gray Jr. Investigators also recovered another stolen go cart at Gray's residence from a unrelated incident.. Gray was charged with two counts of Theft By Receiving.
