A fatal worksite accident claimed the life of a man employed by a local construction company.
The Rutherford County Sheriff’s Office is currently investigating the incident which took place off of Daniel Road in Forest City.
Mr. Blake Tyler Luckadoo was found unresponsive by a fellow employee at approximately 11:45 a.m. this morning.
Emergency response personnel pronounced Mr. Luckadoo deceased shortly after they arrived on scene.
