The Livonia Police Department advises you to AVOID Ann Arbor Rd. between Plymouth and Newburgh for the next few days due to a current traffic issue.
The right lane of WB Ann Arbor Rd between Plymouth & Newburgh is closed. There is a washout under the right lane at Middle Rouge River. This weekend, they're going to completely close WB Ann Arbor Rd and detour traffic onto WB Plymouth, to SB Newburgh and back over to WB Ann Arbor Rd. The complete road closure will stay in place until 5 a.m. Monday morning. There may be a single lane closure in place until Tuesday.
Please seek an alternate route during this period of time.
