Indecent Exposure Incident in the 1600 Block of East Palm Avenue 
On March 12, 2015 at 2:36 pm, a woman reported seeing a male in the 1600 block of East Palm Avenue masturbating in a car. Officers checked the area but the suspect was not located.
The suspect is described as a male in his 40’s with light complexion. The suspect’s vehicle may be an older model black (possibly 2 door) Pontiac.
