Torrance Police Records Division has new Front Desk hours 
Effective March 15, 2015, the Torrance Police Department’s Records Division will be modifying its Front Desk service hours due to a temporary reduction in staffing. The new Front Desk hours are as follows:
Monday - Friday: 7:00 AM - 10:00 PM
Weekends and Holidays: Closed
