West Tennessee Railroad Company has contacted Engineering and Scott Chandler, City Engineer, has authorized the temporary road closure of 2-Lanes on James Buchanan Drive at the railroad crossing and two-lanes at the intersection of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr, Drive and James Buchanan Drive, today, Thursday, March 12, 2015, starting now until 4:00 p.m. West Tennessee Railroad is bringing in heavy equipment to pick up a train car that derailed.
