Full Notification

The Torrance Fire Department responded to a report of a small fire from a cracked pipe leaking a petroleum product at the Exxon refinery at approximately 5:15 PM.  The fire was extinguished by Exxon Fire Brigade in approximately 15 minutes with Torrance Fire Department assistance.    No off site impact, no road closures and no injuries.  Zero readings from air monitors and incident being deescalated.
