March Employee of the Month for the Jackson Police Department
Officer Kelvin Hulsey

Officer Kelvin Hulsey was recently selected as Employee of the month for the month of March. Officer Hulsey is assigned to the Patrol Division, First Shift and has 141/2 years of service with the Department.
Officer Hulsey is highly respected in the department and the community. He uses a “no nonsense, straight forward approach” while dealing with the public. He is a man of integrity and a role model for all officers, young and old. He is always willing to help however he can and he is one of the best partners to have during bad situations.
Kelvin is married and has one son and two daughters. They are faithful members of St. Mark Church of Christianity.
We want the citizens of the city of Jackson along with all city employees to take a moment and thank Officer Hulsey for his faithful service to his family and citizens of Jackson Tennessee.
