Sonoma County Sheriff Coroner’s Office is releasing the name of the person who died in the vehicle collision on March 3, 2015 on northbound Highway 101 near the Asti Road off-ramp.
The deceased is identified as Carl Leo Minns, a 51 year old man from Oakland. His family was located and informed of his death.
The Sonoma County Coroner’s Office conducted an autopsy to determine the cause and manner of Minns’ death.
The California Highway Patrol is conducting the investigation into the circumstances surrounding the vehicle collision and related death.
