Homicide Investigation, 2300 block of Webster - Reply with TIP 
Officers are investigating an apparent homicide near and within the 2300 block of Webster Street. We received an emergency call this afternoon at about 4pm, responded with Oakland Fire, and located a person who was pronounced deceased at the scene.
I don't have details at this point but know we are attempting to find any and all witnesses, information or video camera footage which may exist in the area.
