Santa Clarita Valley Sheriff’s Station Detectives are seeking the public’s help in locating two outstanding suspects with outstanding no bail warrants for their arrest.

EDWARD VALDEZ is described as a 57 year old Hispanic male, approximately 5’ 5” and 145 pounds, with brown hair and  brown hair.  Edward Valdez is wanted for possession of a controlled substance, and has a no bail warrant for his arrest January 9, 2007.   

PROSPERO LARA MIRAMONTES – Prospero is described as a 32 year old Hispanic male.  He is approximately 5’ 6” and 175 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.  Prospero Lara Miramontes is wanted for possession of a controlled substance and for driving under the influence.  He has a no bail warrant for his arrest issued November 23, 2005.   

Anyone with information on the whereabouts of either of these men is encouraged to contact their local law enforcement agency or the Santa Clarita Valley Sheriff’s Station at 661-255-1121.  Do not attempt to detain or apprehend.  Call 911!

Detectives assigned to the Santa Clarita Valley Sheriff’s Station along with deputies assigned the Santa Clarita Valley Sheriff’s Station Crime Prevention Unit have begun to utilize the power of social media by using Nixle (www.nixle.com) to release, “The SCVSheriff’s Most Wanted.”  Updates may occur several times per month.
