#007 Battery Arrest
At approximately 8:20 a.m., Officer Rodriguez and FTO Magana responded to the 37000 block of Holly Street on a reported battery. Information revealed that the female suspect had barricaded herself in a residence and refused to cooperate with officers. Just prior to the door being forced open, the female exited the residence where she was then taken into custody for battery.
#009 Possession of a Controlled Substance
At approximately 9:30a.m., Officer Scherer and FTO Ehling conducted a pedestrian stop on a 34 year old adult male and a 19 year old adult female near Murco Plaza. The female was found to have five outstanding warrants for her arrest. A subsequent search of her person revealed she was in possession of methamphetamine. The female was arrested for her warrants and possession of a controlled substance.
#030 Restraining Order Violation
At 4:05 p.m., officers were dispatched to a restraining order violation in the 900 block of Old Canyon Rd. The reporting party stated that a 45 year old adult female was hiding in a shed in her backyard in violation of a restraining order. Officers arrived on scene and set up a perimeter. The female was spotted by a perimeter unit when she tried to sneak out of the shed. She was arrested by Officer Hollifield and booked for the restraining order violation as well as a drug related warrant.
#002 Possession of Methamphetamine and Drug Paraphernalia
At approximately 4:00 a.m. Officer Madsen conducted a pedestrian stop on a 48 year old adult female and 50 year old adult male, both San Francisco residents, in the area of Fremont Blvd. and Nicolet Ave. The female was found to be in possession of a controlled substance and unlawful drug paraphernalia. The male was found to be in possession of a controlled substance. Both were arrested.

#011 Driving on a Suspended License
At 11:10 a.m., Officer Elopre and Officer Dodson conducted a traffic stop on the 40200 block of Blanchard St and cited/arrested a 41 year old adult male, Fremont resident, for driving on a suspended license.
#013 Warrant Arrest
At approximately 12:05 p.m., Officer Bordy and Officer Kindorf were dispatched to a trespassing call on the 4400 block of Auto Mall Parkway and arrested a 32 year old adult male, Fremont resident, for an outstanding warrant.
#018 Unlicensed Driver Arrest
At 3:15 p.m., Officer Ramsey conducted a vehicle stop at Automall Parkway and Grimmer Blvd. The 47 year old adult male adult male driver, Union City resident, was found to have been driving without a license. He was subsequently cited and released at the scene.
#019 Warrant Arrest
At approximately 3:10 p.m., Detective Farmer conducted a pedestrian stop near the intersection of Fremont Blvd. and Tamayo. The 45 year old adult male was on searchable probation and had an active warrant. He was arrested and booked into the Fremont Jail for being in possession of a controlled substance as well as the warrant.
#030 Public Intoxication Arrest
At 7:11 p.m., officers responded to the area of Fremont Blvd. and Eggers Dr. to check on the welfare of a female who appeared incoherent. The female was contacted and found to be intoxicated. The 23 year old adult female was arrested and transported to jail by Detective Gaches for public intoxication.
#034 Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Public Intoxication Arrest
At 9:30 p.m., Officer Stillitano conducted a pedestrian stop near the Derby Club in Niles. The 25 year old adult male, Hayward resident, was found to be drunk in public and in possession of drug paraphernalia. He was arrested for the same.
#039 Possession for Sales – Marijuana
At approximately 10:00 p.m., Officer Gentry initiated a traffic stop in the area of Mowry Ave and I880 for a registration violation in excess of six months. She contacted the driver, a 27 year old female and also learned her driver’s license was expired. The female was initially cited for the vehicle code violations, but during a search of the vehicle (prior to towing it), over two pounds of packaged marijuana was seized. Officer Gentry then arrested the driver for transportation for sales, possession of marijuana for sales, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving without a license.
