Protestors on University. Bay St and High St is closed and there is no access to the University. Avoid area. 
Protestors have shut down the UCSC campus as of 0630 this morning. Bay St at High St is completely closed with no access past that intersection. SCPD is working with USCSPD and will update road closures if they occur.
