Warming center open tomorrow. 
Office of Emergency Management: The Salvation Army, with support from the Red Cross, will open a warming center tomorrow at First United Methodist Church located at: 1100 Central Ave. Hot Springs, AR. The warming center will become operational Thursday March 5, 2015 at 6:00 a.m. through 7:00 a.m. Friday morning, March 6, 2015. If the need for additional warming centers or shelters arises, we will keep you advised of those locations.
