We are continuing to watch the potential for winter weather over portions of the forecast area on Wednesday night into Thursday morning. It still looks like the best chances for winter weather will be in the northwestern portions of our area mainly along and north of a line from New Roads, LA to Kentwood, LA to Tylertown, MS. The main impact still looks to be a mixture of rain and freezing rain late Wednesday night into the morning hours on Thursday. We still do not include the Baton Rouge metro area, but we will have to continue to watch this situation overnight to make any refinements to the forecast as there is still a large amount of uncertainty with the forecast
