Full Notification

On Friday, 2/27/15 just before 0830 hours, a 13 year old female victim was walking to school in the 400 Block of Fifth Avenue when she saw a 40 year old Hispanic male sitting in his silver colored 4-door SUV with the passenger window down. She looked inside and saw him video taping himself masturbating, he then turned his camera on her as she passed. The victim ran to school and reported it to school officials who called police. Any information should be passed on to the Chula Vista Police Department's Family Protection Unit at 619-691-5188.
