Indiana State Police request that motorists be careful of slick roads and black ice in spots. 
Troopers from the Pendleton Post of the Indiana State Police are reporting slick roads with black ice in spots due to the freezing rain this morning. They are requesting motorists slow down and drive with due care.
As a reminder, overpasses and bridge decks will get slick and icy before the rest of the roadways.
