WARNING...WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM 11 AM TO 6 PM CST TUESDAY. THE
BLIZZARD WATCH IS NO LONGER IN EFFECT.
* TIMING...WORST CONDITIONS FROM LATE TUESDAY MORNING THROUGH
TUESDAY EVENING.
* ACCUMULATIONS...2 TO 4 INCHES OF SNOW IS POSSIBLE.
* WIND AND VISIBILITY...NORTH TO NORTHWEST WINDS OF 30 TO 45 MPH
WILL BE COMMON...WITH SOME GUSTS AROUND 50 MPH POSSIBLE. THE
COMBINATION OF STRONG WINDS AND NEW SNOWFALL WILL CREATE A
PERIOD OF VERY LOW VISIBILITY.
* WIND CHILL VALUES...WIND CHILL VALUES WILL FALL TO 10 TO 15
