Two arrested after weekend personal robbery...

On 3-1-2015, at 1:05 AM officers were dispatched to NE 16th and Apache to meet with victims who stated they were robbed at gunpoint by a HF and HM at 214 S Madison.  The victims reported that they were sitting in their vehicle in front of 214 S Madison when a gray GMC pulled up behind them to block them in.  Two suspects from the GMC then approached their vehicle and the HF suspect pointed a rifle at the female victim.  The suspects demanded property that they believed was stolen from them returned.  The victims advised them that they had no knowledge of any property.  The suspects went up to the residence.  Another victim inside opened the door and the suspects forced their way into the home, attacking and choking this HM victim.  The suspects again were demanding property and the female pointed the rifle at the HM resident.  They told him to hand over his cell phone or they would shoot him. The victim complied with the demands.  The suspects then went back outside and approached the first two victims.  The suspects told them to hand over their cell phones or they would be shot and they also complied with the demands.

One of the victims knew the HM suspect and directed officers to a gray GMC Sierra parked at 1610 N Apache.  Officers went to 1610 N. Apache and spoke with Olivia Quintero, HF 30 and Ricardo Jimenez, HM 35.   Both suspects were taken to the police department to speak with detectives.  Information was obtained as to the location of the rifle and the stolen cell phones.  After the interviews Ricardo Jimenez and Olivia Quintero were arrested for Aggravated Robbery.  Both were booked into the Potter County Detention for aggravated robbery.  No one was injured in the robbery.
