The Enid Police Department has been notified by the Oklahoma Department of Corrections that Michael E. Martin has been classified as an “Aggravated” Sex Offender. Whenever a sex offender, classified as “Aggravated” or “Habitual” moves into a residence, the police department of that jurisdiction is required by state statute to notify the citizens of that neighborhood.

Michael Martin was convicted of Lewd or Indecent Proposals/Acts to a Child (Child under 16) on January 6, 2009 in Enid, Garfield County, Oklahoma. Michael Martin is not wanted for any crimes and he has registered as a sex offender with the Enid Police Department.

Michael Martin is a Black male, Date of Birth September 22, 1977. He is 5’9” and 257 lbs., black hair and brown eyes. He is currently residing at 2712 Rock Island Blvd. #16, Enid Oklahoma.
