APD officers arrest 3 during early morning investigation in north Amarillo.

On Thursday February 26th at 12:56am, APD officers were following up on a report of a suspicions vehicle in the 2600 block of Hamner. As officers were checking the area, they were advised by neighbors that the suspects were in or near a red PU parked on the block. Officers located a male individual walking away from the truck and stopped and identified him. This male is identified as Michael Milton W/M 26 and was found to have an outstanding warrant out of Curry County, New Mexico for Failure to Appear on an original charge of Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Narcotic Paraphernalia. Milton was handcuffed and placed in the backseat of a patrol car. Officers were able to learn that there was possible a stolen motorcycle in the garage but that the occupants were at a local motel on Amarillo Blvd East. Additional officers went to the 3600 block of Amarillo Blvd East where they located two individuals at Mr. Milton’s room. Upon identifying the male and female, it was found the female Kendra Pierson W/F 31 was wanted on 7 local Municipal Court warrants. The male subject had identified himself by name and presented a Texas DL that did not appear to belong to him. Further investigation determined the male had lied about his name and found that he had several outstanding felony warrants out of Dallas County. The subject was finally identified as Christopher Michael Dicarlo W/M 26 of Frisco Texas.

Officers were given permission to search the residence on Hamner for the stolen motorcycle. A Red Honda Superhawk was found inside the residence. The Honda had been reported stolen on February 21st from the 800 block of LaSalle. The Honda was impounded until the owner can be contacted.

Dicarlo was transported to Potter County Correction Center where he was booked on the following 7 Probation Violation felony charges, Possession of Controlled Substance, Penalty Group 1; Burglary of a Building; Burglary of a Building; Theft of Property; Possession of Controlled Substance Penalty Group 1; Burglary of a Building; Burglary of a Building. Milton was booked into Potter County as well for his outstanding warrant. Pierson was transported and booked into Randall County for her outstanding local warrants.
