Arrest and Charges Filed in 29 January Murder near Pearl and Harrison 
A suspect has been arrested and charged with the January 29th murder of Mr. Alfred Nunnery. Oakland Police Department homicide investigators and police officers had quickly identified the suspect - 18-year-old Luis Alfaro - through their preliminary investigation. The suspect turned himself in due to pressure applied during the days and weeks that followed.
