Connersville Man Arrested For Meth

Fayette County – Early this morning, around 1 a.m., an ongoing investigation by the Pendleton District Meth Suppression Unit culminated in a search warrant being served on a residence and the arrest of a Connersville man on felony charges.

Meth Suppression Troopers along with officers from the Rush County Sheriff’s Department, Fayette County Sheriff’s Department, Connersville Police Department and Shirley Police Department served a search warrant on a home at 4263 W. SR 44 in Connersville.

As a result of that search warrant Jason Barrett, age 39, was arrested at his home for Possession of Methamphetamine and Maintaining a Common Nuisance, both Level 6 Felonies. Barrett was lodged in the Fayette County Jail.
